We will then organise to meet you on-site to get to know you, get a feel for your property, and go over our pre-rental checklist. We will follow up by sending you a no-obligation property evaluation, with rental projections, an overview of what to expect and some free tips and tricks to help you get the most out of your rental property.

If you are happy to sign up with us on our standard month-to-month contract, we will get right to work preparing your property for the short-term rental market, following our no-nonsense plan:

• Make any necessary changes to furnishings
• Take quality, professional photos to advertise your property in its best light
• Create guides for cleaners and inspectors to ensure all staff understand the needs of your property
• Prepare an online guidebook for your property for guests
• Advertise your property on our website and across the most suitable online channels, using our experience to create the perfect listings
• Get ready for your first guests

All agreements are on a month-to-month basis, so if your circumstances or situation changes, you can terminate with a month’s notice.
